Push Continuing Education distribution methods must conform to the following:

Print Materials

• Enduring materials other than supplements in certain journals may only be distributed to those who have specifically requested them
• Requests for funding of journal supplements may only be approved if the journal is listed in the Index Medicus and the supplement is subject to peer review

Electronic Materials

• The electronic invitation or notice alerting a recipient to the availability of the enduring materials must disclose BMS’ financial support (as well as the support of third party(ies) if any)
• Recipients seeking these materials must request them by registering with the provider or by logging onto a website as a registered user

Recipient must be required to make an affirmative response (eg. click a button) to indicate that he/she wishes to access or be exposed to the enduring materials
